We stand behind every product completely — which is exactly why we operate a no-refund policy. Here's the thinking behind it.

At Openlane Collective, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This isn't about being rigid — it's about a promise we make to ourselves and to you.

Why no refunds?

When we started Openlane Collective in that garage back in 2018, we made a decision that has guided us ever since: we would only ever sell products we would proudly put in our own cars. That meant testing everything, vetting every supplier, and refusing to list anything we weren't absolutely certain about.

A no-refund policy keeps us honest. It forces us to be ruthless about quality before a product ever reaches you — because we don't get second chances. Every item on our store has earned its place. We're not hiding behind a return window; we're putting our reputation on the line with every single order.

It also lets us keep our prices fair. The cost of processing returns, restocking, and absorbing damaged goods always gets passed back to customers somewhere. By keeping sales final, we keep more value in the product itself — better materials, better craftsmanship, better value for you.

Before you order

Because all sales are final, we want you to buy with total confidence. Please:

  • Read the full product description — including dimensions, materials, and compatibility with your vehicle.
  • Check the photos carefully — every product is photographed in detail so you know exactly what you're getting.
  • Reach out with questions first — our team responds within 24 hours and is happy to confirm fit, finish, or specs before you commit.

Damaged or defective items

While we don't offer refunds, we will always make things right if a product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. This is our guarantee.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven't yet shipped. After that point, the order is final and on its way to you.
