Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm CST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track any order anytime through our Contact page.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're working on expanding internationally — join our newsletter to be the first to know when we ship to your country.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Each order ships to a single address. If you'd like items sent to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, reach out to us at support@openlanecollective.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
